Our goal at elightsupply.com is always to make sure that you recieve the correct light bulb.  In the instance that your not satisfied becuase of an incorrect shipment or a damaged shipment, don't worry!  elightsupply.com will make sure that your issue is resolved and your get exactly what you need.

Return and Restocking Policy


Our customers and their products are elightsupply.com's highest priority and we want every purchase to be satisfying.  Therefore if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order for a refund or arrange for a replacement.

 

elightsupply.com stands behind its business and will issue a refund or replacement if your not satisfied with your order.  The customer must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.  All returns must arrive in its original packaging and all shipping charges for the return of the products are non-refundable.

 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Please contact our customer service department and request a RMA prior to shipping the item(s) back to elightsupply.com.  We reserve the right to determine if the product is in a resalable condition.  If the product is not in a resalable condition, no credit will be issued.  Returns must be approved and will be made by the original method of payment.

Damaged and Incorrect Orders


elightsupply.com will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items at our discretion.  Applicable shipping costs wil be covered if we made a shipping error or it was damaged during shipment.  Please note that all damages, shortages, and anomalies must be identified and sent to elightsupply.com within 10 days of delivery.
