All orders less than $25 will be subject to a standard shipping fee of $9.75. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada that are less than $50 will be subject to a standard shipping fee of $9.75. All orders outside of the United States and Canada that are less than $100 will be subject to a standard shipping fee of $9.99.
Please not that orders is shipping outside of USA and Canada you may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country.
Delivery Time
Your order will typically be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. In the case of a back order, elightsupply.com will notify you within 5 business days. Contact customer service for all questions about product availabilities.
Our customers and products are elightsupply.com's highest priority and we want every purchase to be satisfying. Therefore if you are not satisfied with what you recieved, you may return your order for a refund or arrange for a replacement.
Customer Returns
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact the customer service department and request a RMA prior to shipping the item back to elightsupply.com elightsupply.com reserves the right to determine if the product is in sellable condition. If the product is not in a sellable condition, no credit will be issued. Returns must be approved and will be made by original method of payment or for credit againt further orders. All returns must be returned in its original packaging and all shipping and handling is to be paid by the customer. Special product or clearance items may not be returned.
Damaged Returns
elightsupply.com has to be notified of the damage within three working days of the damage. As the shipper, we will file the claim on the customer’s behalf and arrange for replacement at no charge and no shipping, or arrange for refund. The package must be received (not refused under any circumstances) and inspected. Replacement and refund will be assessed according to the amount of the actual damage.
Products sold by elightsupply.com are supported by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. We will pursue the appropriate replacement, credit or refund as needed. Please e-mail us at support@elightsupply.com for all questions.
You will need to provide details such as an explanation of the defect, order number, products supplied, date ordered, customer name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.

Cancellations
IIf you wish to cancel your order, email our Customer Service Department and we will work to cancel your order as long it has not been shipped. If your order has already shipped and you wish to still cancel, we will issue a refund. Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the order. All shipping fees are non-refundable in any occurrence where elightsupply.com made no error in merchandizing or shipping.
Sale and Non-Stock Items
Sales are final on all sale items, special orders, and non-stock items.
Sales Tax
You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law.

elightsupply.com may discontinue any product at any time. The product prices displayed on this Site do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, they will be added to your order.
Price Errors
We are always striving for a 100% error-free website. If product price errors are discovered, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply. We will notify you if your order includes items that were incorrectly priced.
